Here at Leonardo Jewelers, we have a saying:  “Don’t purchase a certificate; instead purchase a diamond.”  What we mean by this is that nothing replaces visually inspecting a diamond when choosing a stone.  Two stones with similar characteristics on a diamond certificate could look quite different from each other and your eye is the best judge.  It is for this reason that we have chosen not to sell large diamonds directly through our website.

At the end of the day, no certificate or grading agency can fully captures the unique personality of each diamond. And it is this personality that usually makes a tremendous quality and price difference.
