I wanted to come on here and say that Georgi is such an incredible guy at Leonardo Red Bank. He's extremely knowledgeable for all the products they have in store (all luxury watches and jewelry). He helped me pick out a great bracelet for the girlfriend and also got me a Rolex Explorer II. He's kind, professional, and great to talk to even for things outside jewelry. PS. The cat also approves of all the jewelry we bring home

I would like to say how impressed I'm with the customer service at Leonardo's. You put the human element into your business and it means a lot to me as a customer. Your selection of products are exactly what I was looking for and more. I had the pleasure of working with Colleen and Paul to find my wife the perfect gift for Valentine's Day. They even had me covered with gift wrapping and a box of chocolates . I'm absolutely sure my wife will be ecstatic with her gift and any customer that chooses Leonardo as their jeweler !
I gave my Rolex Oysterperpetual Datejust for a service for which i paid in advance. When i got it back the automatic perpetual motion was not working and the watch would stop in less than 48 hours even though i was contstantly wearing it.. I took it back twice and they say they sent it back to Rolex New York to be fixed. I requested they give me the number of someone there so i cd explain. They, somehow would not give it to me. Anyway till date, almost 2 years later it is till not working. So an automatic watch has become a manual watch.When i exlained on the subsequent visits that it was not wokring they requested i leave it an dthen a person form the shop wore it for a few days and said it worked perfectly fine, implying there was something wrong with the way i was wearing it. I have other Rolexes and they work fine. Their watch maker is completely incompetent. I am embarrassed to take it back because one does not expect this level of service form this reputed establishment. After Covid, i have not taken it back. very incompetent and poor service though very courteous.
Thank you to Leonardo Jewelers and to Katie for making my birthday even more special! I went into the store and met with Katie who helped me create a wish list for my husband to use for gift ideas. I never once felt rushed and Katie was very patient and listened to what I was looking for. After leaving, I found a necklace on the David Yurman site that wasn't on display in the store. And, Katie took the extra step to order it for us! We were so pleased with the level of service. The necklace was beautifully presented in a Leonardo gift box, making it even prettier! Michael and I went to Leonardo Jewelers because it was highly recommended by our good friends Brian and Christina. Recently, I proposed to my fiancée. Leonardo's was recommended to me by a few members of my family. I visited the Red Bank store and consulted with Michael Zeik. I shared my budget and criteria needed for the engagement ring (emerald cut, clean diamond, platinum band, tapering side diamonds). As we went over the various options, Michael and the rest of the team began to visualize the final ring. I knew the ring would be custom, so he helped sketch it up based on my ideas. A few center diamonds were ordered and reviewed with me shortly after. Michael and I extensively discussed the uniqueness of each diamond until we decided on the perfect one. About a week or so later, the ring was ready and more beautiful than I had imagined.Through the entire transaction, everyone at Leonardo's was professional, welcoming and very knowledgeable about their product. I have recommended Leonardo's to countless people since I trust that they will be treated in a professional manner and receive a fair price. It's important to remember that price is irrelevant if you don't establish a relationship based on trust with your jeweler. Thanks to Michael, Leo and the rest of the team! By the way, she said "yes"...that's much better than the "maybe" I was expecting!
